Can I supply my own T-shirts?

Absolutely! But we can only offer heat transfer vinyl and DTF (Direct to Film) in this case. Please also take note of our guidelines:

• Strictly new t-shirts only. We cannot use worn & washed items.
• As we use heat to apply the transfer to the t-shirts, any print already on the t-shirts could be damaged in the process. A plain t-shirt is better suited for heat transfers.
• We prefer 100% cotton. While we can work with most types of fabric, some of them are too stretchy which can decrease the life of the heat transfer.
• We cannot offer any guarantees on the printing as we have no way to verify if the t-shirts are made from suitable materials.

Our ordering process is simple and, in most cases, can be completed with a simple WhatsApp conversation. Yes, that's right, no need to call.

WhatsApp Order Process:

1. Click the WhatsApp button on any page during office hours to send us a message.
2. Include a sample image of your desired print or describe your requirements.
3. We will review your request and provide you with a quote.
4. Accept or modify the quote, and we will proceed with creating your artwork.
5. Review the artwork and approve or request changes.
6. Once approved, we will complete your order and arrange for delivery.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, but we no longer keep stock of any items as the variety alone is impossible to manage. This online store has well over 4,000 different items (over 40,000 items if you factor in sizes and colours). This makes it impossible to keep stock of everything. In all cases, we will order in exactly what you require and let you know when it's printed and ready for collection.
